It is wide, deep, has a closed fireplace and a half open kitchen. Nice detail is the extension in the back which gives options to move the kitchen. Goes to see you at the viewing. The kitchen is not quite up to date, but the basis is just fine. Through the extension (with the washing machine connection and fixed cupboards) we go to the garden. No less than 16 meters deep, with a large wooden shed and an attached stone shed. Both with electricity.
Given the depth and width there is always somewhere the sun. A back is not lacking. On to the 1st floor.


Second floor
On the first floor you will see many doors. So there are 3 good bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and lots of closet space. The master bedroom has a closet and lots of moving space. The front bedroom actually does as well. Large and options to divide. The bathroom is neat, yet simple, and has a 2nd toilet, a sink, a shower and a closet. The 3rd bedroom is just a bit smaller, but certainly fine in size. Again, the entire floor has the beautiful plastic window frames with HR++ glass. We go upstairs.


Second floor
We arrive on the 2nd floor and again we see the space. A separate boiler room with the central heating boiler and lots of storage space. At the back a laundry room, a storage room or possibly an extra bedroom/workroom. It is all possible. There is 1 good and spacious bedroom with a dormer window at the rear and lots of storage space behind the knee walls. Possibly to enlarge and divide into 2, but that is up to you.


In short, a spacious semi-detached house with many rooms, a huge garden and where you still have to make your own palace.
